The landscape committee at Hidden Lake Villas is committed to providing residents with a property with plantings that are viable, hardy, sustainable, creatively designed and aesthetically pleasing.  

We will do this by:  

• Replacing, supplementing and upgrading irrigation systems  
• Replacing old and failing trees ,bushes and grass  
• Eliminating palm trees that have become diseased and replacing them with viable alternatives  
• Designing creative and purposeful common area spaces where possible to complement all buildings and maintain a park-like setting.  
• Returning trees to their more natural state and size through professional, corrective pruning  
• Being environmentally conscious of local bylaws and city ordinances and state law.
